Xperience empowers 4Syte with Sage 200 to handle voluminous data with ease

4Syte Ltd, established in April 2016, are a financing business for SMEs focusing on four key areas; funding, construction, trade, and structured finance. Their vision was to establish a financing enterprise capable of sustaining the cash flow and working capital needs of UK SME businesses. With 46 employees, 4Syte has been a longstanding user of Sage 50 but are in urgent need of a more robust system that could effortlessly manage their ever-increasing data volumes.

Recognising the limitations of Sage 50 and the urgent need for a solution that can grow with them, 4Syte turned to Xperience for guidance. After thorough consultations and an in-depth gap-fit analysis, Xperience proposed Sage 200, a comprehensive system capable of meeting 4Syte’s functional and data processing requirements.

To ensure a seamless transition and to optimise their operations, Xperience is dedicating time to reviewing 4Syte’s existing import processes, exploring opportunities for enhancements and efficiency. Moreover, the integration of the Sicon intercompany module will automate manual processes that previously clogged up their operations.

Sage 200’s Benefits for 4Syte

Simon Fovargue, Sales Specialist at Xperience said:

“4Syte will benefit from the ability of Sage 200 to store far greater transaction volumes. While Sage 50 has served them well for many years, increasing data imports were causing concerns about system performance and speed. With Sage 200, not only can they manage the existing data volumes with ease, but the inclusion of the intercompany module and streamlining of import processes ensures that Sage 200 is the perfect solution for their long-term needs.”

This partnership between Xperience and 4Syte exemplifies how strategic technology upgrades can enhance productivity and support business growth. The collaboration is set to bring an array of improvements, ensuring 4Syte’s data management and financial processes are robust and future proofed.
