Sage CRM v7.2 Released

Sage CRM v7.2 has been officially unveiled this week. The latest version of the award winning CRM software offers users next level technological advances, designed to make smaller businesses more productive.

Mike Ramsay, Managing Director of Xperience Group, commented on the release of Sage CRM v7.2, stating, “It’s always interesting to see what each new release incorporates. The Mobile App accompanying Sage CRM has been developed further in this latest release, providing users with the ability to access their CRM database through a variety of devices, including a selection of tablets. Sage have adapted to the increasing range of internet browsers now available too, facilitating access to Sage CRM v7.2 through Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Sage CRM v7.2 extends the, already strong, Social Media functionality to  Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter for enhanced customer communication through every stage of customer relationships. The look and feel of the software has also been updater, with customiseable dashboards developed to transform users time management.
