Xperience Group Join Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program

This January Microsoft appointed Xperience Group as a Tier-1 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP). With only five Tier 1 CSP’s on the Island of Ireland, the accreditation is a validation of the company’s status as a leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and the commitment to deliver excellent service to customers.

The criteria set, for companies aiming to join CSP, include technical competency across Microsoft cloud product range, customer satisfaction, and an established first-line support service. Having met the requirements, Xperience Group has gained the status of a leading Microsoft Cloud solution Provider in Northern Ireland.

As a Tier-1 Cloud Solution Provider, Xperience Group can offer customers monthly billing on Office 365, direct support on cloud products and services and the ability to scale up and scale down customer requirements on a monthly basis.

Alongside the Cloud Service Provider accreditation, Xperience Group have been recently awarded Gold Midmarket Solutions Provider, Enterprise Resource Planning and Small & Midmarket Cloud Solutions competencies strengthening its position as a best-in-class provider of Dynamics NAV and other cloud business management solutions, including Office 365. These accolades put Xperience IT Solutions in the top one percent of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, highlighting best-in-class capabilities to deliver solutions that bring value.

In addition to the Gold competencies, Xperience Group have also achieved Silver competencies for Devices and Deployment, Data-center and Hosting. These accreditation’s distinguish Xperience IT Solutions as a hosting expert, providing Microsoft Office and Infrastructure solutions that bring value to the customers.
