Xperience Group is proud to sponsor the Northern Ireland 40 under 40 Awards in association with Business First Magazine.
On Tuesday 16th May 2016, the 40 under 40 recipients along with their family, friends and colleagues gathered to celebrate their success at the home of Northern Ireland Football Club, Windsor Stadium.
The prestigious 40 under 40 awards seek to recognise the talent of inspiring business people under the age of 40 across Northern Ireland. This year, Xperience, alongside co-sponsors 4C Executive and M.B. McGrady & Co, had the hard job of judging a high intake of outstanding applications.
One judge commented, “I was humbled when I read some of the applications and realised just how much time the nominees were giving back to their community. On top of all of the demands of their work or business, it is quite a phenomenal achievement.”
Patrick Leggett, Group Director at Xperience addressed attendees, remarking, “Northern Ireland is such a small place on the map, so it’s essential that we thrive to punch above our weight. I believe all of you are doing just that, and it’s great that we have come here today to celebrate your success.”
The celebrations were made even more poignant as Xperience’s very own Director of Cloud & Infrastructure; Richard Kennedy was also named as one of the 40 under 40 recipients.
Commenting on his achievement, Richard said, “It’s an honour to be awarded as one of Northern Ireland’s 40 under 40, and to be named alongside some remarkable business people. I feel that we can sometimes be too modest as a society, so it’s great that the 40 under 40 helps to recognise the success of young people in business.”
