Swiftpage have announced their first Saleslogix release since purchasing Saleslogix from Sage in March 2013.
The new Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 provides enhanced mobile features for interacting with customer data, in context while working out of the office. New contextual KPIs, charts and menus empower employees with mobile customer intelligence on a broad range of smartphones, tablets and mobile devices. This new release provides cutting edge tools to improve efficiency, productivity and build profitability
The demand for access to business information and applications is surging rapidly with businesses looking at ways mobile technology can be used to increase productivity and profitability. Research by www.BusinessMobiles.co.uk revealed 85% of small businesses use smartphones to improve productivity for business-related tasks on a regular basis with 50% of employees using wireless technology to work remotely. Swiftpage has listened to market demands and developed Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 to meet customer demands.
Saleslogix Mobile is built on research conducted with the user community by Swiftpage, driving development to ensure this third-generation platform can be extensively customised to meet individual needs and working styles – with options to work online or offline and receive updates automatically thus maximising efficiency and productivity of the workforce.
Sam Mitchell, Saleslogix Consultant at Xperience Group, says ‘The release of Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 proves Swiftpage is listening to their customers and want to get it right. Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 enables businesses to manage, qualify and convert leads quickly building loyalty and gaining a competitive edge’.
In conjunction with the new mobile platform and app, Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 also includes a new mobile-only subscription offer designed for field staff who work remotely and have no need to access CRM through the desktop.
As the only CRM solution to offer this, Saleslogix Mobile 3.0 provides two options giving users the freedom to choose how, where and when they access business-critical information. Both options provide all of the benefits of the award-winning Saleslogix CRM platform, accessed exclusively through the Saleslogix Mobile app for smartphones and tablets.
