What are Release Waves? 

Every six months Microsoft introduce new functionality into Dynamics 365 (Sales & Power Platform) – known as ‘Release Waves’.  

The most recent was the 2024 Release Wave 1, announced in May 2024. This brought new functionality, such as Copilot and AI innovation, streamlined work order management and Microsoft Teams integration.
