My role is rich with diversity and no two days are the same. I am responsible for managing the marketing strategy and plans across, brand, demand generation, digital and employee engagement.
As a growth marketer, my role is focused around making sure that Xperience meet their long-term growth plans by bridging the gap between sales and marketing and ensuring that the marketing team is using the latest marketing techniques and tools to ensure that they can achieve the goals of the business.
I breed pedigree Holstein cattle in my spare time. Quite different from my day-to-day!
