Paragon Property Expands Xperience Partnership to Boost CRM Integration

We’re excited to share that Paragon Property UK, an established property developer with projects in Manchester and the surrounding areas, has chosen Xperience to take on the support and development of their Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

After Xperience delivered their Business Central implementation, it made sense for Paragon to partner with us again, especially as they needed a team with expertise across both Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM to help improve the integration between the two systems.

We’ve already completed an initial scoping project to get under the hood of their current CRM setup – looking at the data model, workflows, customisation, and reporting. That’s allowed us to take over support while planning out the next steps to improve the platform and align it more closely with their business goals.

There’s more to come – with further workshops already in the diary, we’ll be helping them optimise processes, extend functionality, gain better insight from their data, and strengthen the integration between systems.

It’s a great example of how our joined-up approach across CRM, ERP, Microsoft 365, and Managed IT helps our clients get real value from digital transformation.
