JF McKenna, a leading manufacturer and retailer of mushroom, poultry, and horticultural products, has partnered with Xperience to implement Unite365, a solution developed by Xperience, to modernise their business systems and support long-term growth.
With a turnover of £20 million and 51 employees, JF McKenna has relied on legacy systems – iris Exchequer and a bespoke MIS based on Microsoft Access – to manage operations for many years. However, both systems were nearing the end of their lifecycle, initiating the search for a new, integrated solution to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
Initially, they looked at keeping iris Exchequer while replacing the MIS. However, after carrying out fact-finding sessions, Xperience identified Unite365, powered by Microsoft Business Central, as the ideal, single-platform solution.
Xperience’s Unite365 will seamlessly integrate JF McKenna’s end-to-end processes, from initial sales management – including quotations and estimates – through to comprehensive job management. The solution combines the best of out-of-the-box ERP functionality with tailored features to meet JF McKenna’s specific requirements.
