Dynamics 365 is available* in two different plans, Enterprise suited to larger businesses with 250+ users and Business suited for businesses with 10-250 users. Users can select from a range of apps to suit your needs, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Financials, Field Service, Project Service and Marketing and add more as the business grows. Integrating with Power BI interactive data visualisations Dynamics 365 will provide a single view of business performance for faster and informed decision-making. To enhance productivity, Dynamics 365 offers the new CRM App for Outlook to track incoming email and view contextual Dynamics CRM information about the people sending an email, including sales activities, cases and opportunities, directly from Outlook. Added to this, there are numerous usability enhancements including enhanced search functionality to search across any entity and CRM Learning path to help with on-boarding of new users. All new customers will be activated as Dynamics 365. Dynamics CRM on premise customers won’t be affected by the changes and can continue to use their current version. If you’re using Dynamics CRM Online, speak to your account manager about transitioning to Dynamics 365.
