Microsoft has announced the impending release of its leading CRM Software solution, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, for quarter 4 of 2013.

Microsoft CRM 2013 will be the first major platform update since the 2011 Dynamics CRM release. The 2013 release focuses on enabling users to react quickly to customers’ needs and changing demands with a faster user experience and enhanced mobility for increased productivity on the move.

Nick Poncia, CRM Product Manager at Xperience Group comments, “With 2 years since the last release, Microsoft CRM 2013 is highly anticipated. And, from the announced investment areas and new functionality Microsoft CRM 2013 should not disappoint. The most significant change since the 2011 release is the user interface, everything required is in one place and infamous pop-ups are no more, for a faster and more fluid experience.”

In line with the changes to how people do business, Microsoft CRM 2013 extends its mobility and introduces social experiences, making it easier than ever to engage with customers and prospects. The introduction of new powerful tablet applications and optimised Mobile CRM applications gives users new capabilities to nurture customer relationships.
