The new Act v16.2 service pack is now available for all Act! customers to download. This is the second pack released by Swiftpage since its release in August 2013.

The Act v16.2 service pack is a defect release, and addresses a number of customer reported issues and bugs. It streamlines and builds on the previous release, Act! v16.1 feature pack, which introduced lead capture* and contact timeline features.

The new release incorporates changes to the Act! emarketing view, with a new account dashboard and improved signup experience. It also includes the lead capture and contact timeline feature packs, yet these are still only available to Business Care customers until Act v17 is released in October.

This service pack is free of charge for all Act customers. It’s available from the Download Center, and will soon be available via Act! Update.
