Act Subscription Launched

Published: 28 June 2016

On 1st July, Swiftpage launches all new Act subscription plan allowing customers to pay monthly, without any capital investment. Designed with small and medium business in mind, the new pricing options help improve cash flow management and focus on business growth.

During its 30 year existence Act has been primarily sold as a perpetual licence where users could purchase the software outright. Effective from 1st July, Act CRM is moving to a subscription payment model* replacing a large upfront capital investment with a pay monthly plan. Addressing common business challenges, the new model helps improve cash flow management by introducing manageable monthly payments.

Andrew Ward, Account Manager at Xperience Group commented, “With the new subscription model, our customers will be able to benefit from a reduced and manageable yearly or monthly pricing plan, which includes support and upgrades, as well as the access to new and exciting features such as the upcoming Act Link for Accounting for Sage 50 Accounts. With the speed in which software changes today, having a subscription plan that offers the latest compatibility is vital for our customers for efficiency gains. They will be also able to avoid unnecessary expenditure, previously required to upgrade.”

With the latest functionality available as a part of the plan, customers will benefit from instant access to innovative features and services as soon as they are available, ensuring no compatibility or obsolescence issues again. Added to this, Act CRM support is included in the price, giving customers expert technical help to ensure the software runs without hitches and any issues are resolved quickly.

For small and medium sized businesses in particular, the new pricing will offer a more affordable and flexible solution to meet their business needs. Giving users the freedom to choose the best plan to fit their requirements, Act subscription allows customers to focus on growing their business, helping to increase sales revenue and customer retention.

Act users on version 16 and newer will receive preferred pricing when migrating to the subscription plan. For details on subscription options contact your Account Manager or email [email protected].

*You can still the software outright by opting in at the beginning of the annual contract.
