Large turnout recorded at Business Growth Workshop

Friday 29th February was a significant day for both Business Executive - both Male and Female. Over 40 top Business People set aside the romanticism of the day to focus on the potential growth of their businesses and how to achieve that growth. The morning was taken up with a highly interactive discussion on various techniques and theories to increase sales and turnover with comments coming from both sides of the podium. Stuart McLaren, Sales Director of ProspectSoft (Leaders in Customer Relationship Management Solutions, was the guest speaker and drawing on many years of market research and techniques he lead the discussion on what was currently being used by many nationwide companies to stimulate their business development and their targets of growth.

The main aspect of the morning was the use of 'The Sales Scorecard'. This was a concept that was continually touch on throughout the morning and one in which guests were encouraged to take time to start addressing on the day. The morning progressed to it's conclusion with a short presentation of the ProspectSoft Software Solution by Deborah Swain, ProspectSoft Sales Executive with-in Xperience. Deborah highlighted ways in which the ProspectSoft Solution would track key aspects of a Sales Process and report on the level of the necessary sales activity with-in an organisation needed to develop that business growth so highly sought after.

After lunch Guests were treated to a complementary talk on the world famous Thompson Dock and Pump House.
