In the event of any Adverse Weather Conditions resulting in Xperience having to close it's office in the interest of Staff Safety we have set-up the following link to our support desk. We would advise you to use this link/procedure for support ONLY when we have had to close our office during the normal working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and only having been instructed to do so by our automated telephone system.

Your support issue will be responded to in the same way and on the same basis as your support call would be normally responded to - by a support engineer returning your call as per your support contract.
